What is Prayer?

Prayer is a conversation between you and God. Our ministry is helps you develop a deeper conversation with God through a variety of techniques such as meditations, prayers, journaling and contemplative practices and other Ignatian prayer techniques. 

What is Ignatius Prayer?

St. Ignatius of Loyola was a priest who lived in the 15th century. He wrote what today is known as "The Spiritual Exercises." Ignatius prayer is using the various techniques he recommended in your prayer life.
